We clearly distinguish coaching from mentoring in every engagement, ensuring clients understand when they are receiving guidance versus being coached to find their own answers.
Our Story
Limitless on the Inside exists because I’ve lived the journey myself. At 18, I entered college planning to pursue psychology—a field that truly spoke to me. But family, friends, and society told me it wasn’t practical, that it wouldn’t make enough money. So, like many young people, I pivoted toward technology because it promised financial success.
For 28+ years, I excelled in engineering, business consulting, and full commission sales roles. I chased titles, power, and paychecks—and I got them. I was at the top. But along the way, I learned a truth that only experience can teach: none of that made me feel fulfilled. I wasn’t living my purpose.
The voices of childhood trauma, societal expectations, and the pursuit of money had drowned out my inner voice. But through deep work and reflection, I’ve learned to listen inward. I am living proof that we are all limitless on the inside—and that true success is happiness, not money. Money follows when you live your purpose.
